Our list of committee members is a useful resource to find who you need to speak to for your specific question or comment.

PTSA Membership

Membership is only $17 per family and is a great investment in programs, an incredible resource for information for parents and caregivers, and sponsors programs for the entire Sutherland community. Paying your membership dues does not mean you are joining a committee, you are simply supporting the PTSA which funds cultural arts, enrichment grants, student directories, student agendas and many more student programs.

Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus is how you will keep track of attendance, schedule, grades, and assignments.  You will also be able to message teachers directly.  Download the Infinite Campus Parent Portal app and have your student download the Student Portal app.

Sign up to receive the District PTSA and the SHS PTSA’s eNews. This is a great way to learn about things that may not be announced at school.

Donate to District PTSA without actually giving more money!

When using Amazon to purchase items, select to purchase via AmazonSmile instead. A portion of the sale gets donated to Pittsford PTSA and you don’t pay more for your purchase. On your first visit it will ask you what charity you want to donate to. Please select Pittsford PTSA. Your children will benefit from that donation.

Add funds to your child’s lunch account

“MySchoolBucks” is how you can pay for all manner of things from cafeteria breakfast/lunch/snacks to prom tickets and more. You can also download the app.

Student Athletes

If your student is an athlete, consult the school district website for Athletics (located on top right of the homepage).  Your student’s physical will need to be up to date.
